All lottery games that involve the Powerball are subject to strict and rigid rules and regulations. Delaware Powerball must be played by those who are 18 years of age or older. This is one of the first considerations in the gambling industry. Minors are not allowed to gamble. Minors would mean 18 year olds and below.
Stolen, unissued, mutilated, and or altered in any way defective or incomplete tickets are rendered void and therefore unacceptable. Delaware Powerball has the right to validate all winning tickets before being declaring anybody a winner. And to play to win you must pick 5 white numbers between 1 to 55 and a red Powerball from numbers 1 to 42. Or you can opt for Quick Pick and let the computer choose the numbers for you at random. You are allowed to play up to 10 advance draws.
Delaware Powerball explains how to play using a Pay Slip. You have to mark your numbers using blue or black ink or a pencil to mark 5 numbers from 1 to 55 in the white frame for your 5 white numbers. On the red frame, mark one number from 1 to 42 for your Powerball. Take Quick Pick if you find marking on your own confusing. If you want an added feature like Power Play, mark it. Then give your ticket to the Retailer. After it is processed, a ticket is given to you. Hold on to it like your dear life. It might bring you your most desired millions.
So you won? Delaware Powerball can give you your prize money after you have signed the back of the ticket. If you won $599 or less, you can claim your price at any Delaware Lottery Retailer. If your winnings are anywhere from $600 to $5,000, you can claim your prize money at any Division of Revenue office in your area.
Remember, though, that all winning tickets are subject to Delaware Lottery and the state law.
